Convert WisdomTree Treasury Money Market Digital Fund WTGXX to Japanese Yen JPY

The WisdomTree Treasury Money Market Digital Fund (WTGXX) is a regulated U.S. money market fund designed to provide investors with a high level of current income consistent with the preservation of capital and liquidity, while maintaining a stable $1.00 net asset value (NAV) per share. The Fund primarily invests in short-term U.S. government securities and carries an expense ratio of 0.25% with a $1 minimum investment. WTGXX integrates blockchain technology into its recordkeeping process by maintaining digital representations of fund shares, referred to as tokens, on multiple blockchains. These tokenized share records are reconciled daily with the official shareholder registry. The Fund itself does not invest in cryptocurrencies. The Fund is available to retail investors through the WisdomTree Prime® app and to institutional investors through the WisdomTree Connect™ platform. Prior to November 1, 2025, the Fund was known as the WisdomTree Government Money Market Digital Fund, at which time its investment policy was also updated.
