The project secured funding from venture capital firms, including Andreessen Horowitz, FTX Ventures, and Jump Crypto, reaching a valuation of $4 billion. Aptos launched its mainnet later in 2022, introducing its high-performance Layer 1 blockchain to the web3 ecosystem.
