MEPAD is the token used in the MemePad platform. The token is used on the platform for transactions. By charging users a 10% fee on transactions and adding it to the liquidity pool, the LP is automatically generated using MEPAD tokens. Furthermore, the MEPAD stakers can benefit from receiving the coins that are launched on MemePad.
The process of staking MEPAD is important as it is necessary to receive project allocations. There are different levels of token allocations on MemePad named pleb, chad, and Elon. Pleb has a staking requirement of 10,000 tokens which provides a project allocation with a pool weight of 10. Chad has a token requirement of 69,000 tokens which provides a token allocation with a pool weight of 100, and Elon has a staking requirement of 420,000 tokens which provides a project allocation with a pool weight of 1000.
The IDO was launched in Q2 of 2021. The meme coin generator, which allows anyone to create a coin, was launched in Q4 of 2021.
