Pendle operates through a novel Automated Market Maker (AMM) designed specifically for yield trading. This AMM supports assets with time decay, a feature that differentiates Pendle from other protocols. The AMM is designed with concentrated liquidity, a dual fee-structure, and negligible impermanent loss concerns. Additionally, Pendle users can lock their $PENDLE tokens for a stake in the protocol, further enhancing their interaction with the ecosystem.
