DAO is the acronym for decentralized autonomous organization and is responsible for automating decisions and helps in cryptocurrency transactions in the blockchain.
According to the Project SEED whitepaper, the network seeks to revolutionize the gaming industry by merging existing gaming industry standards with the blockchain gaming ecosystem. The current blockchain games require players to have some crypto knowledge and give initial payments to join. Project SEED solves the problem by eliminating these requirements. With the currency, users don't require cryptocurrency knowledge to set up their game account. Once players set up their accounts, token holders are not asked to pay to start playing the game.
Moreover, the asset also ensures that the quality of games is somewhat similar to traditional games by infusing 3D graphics and compelling gameplay. The ecosystem has also launched its first game, Outland Odyssey. Outland Odyssey is a mobile action RPG game with an NFT rental marketplace. Under Project SEED, the platform aims to launch more games to make the play-to-earn model mainstream.
