According to its whitepaper, Stratos functions as a decentralized data mesh for blockchain and introduces the next generation of decentralized computing services, a type of decentralized computing service capable of serving Dapp and allowing smart contract developers to use decentralized mechanism to deploy, execute, and store their data and code.
