Tokocrypto (TKO) aims to be the first local Indonesian cryptocurrency exchange project to promote the socio-economic betterment of Indonesians through the use of blockchain-based financial technology. The project also aims to expand the TokoVerse ecosystem that spans Tokocrypto, an exchange, T-Hub, an offline community hub, and TokoMall, an NFT marketplace.

Further, the Tokocrypto system has TKO as the native exchange platform token built on Binance Launchpad, a platform seeking to help blockchain projects raise funds and increase reach. TKO is the hybrid-model token based on centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) utilities. Moreover, the token aims to have the following use cases:

Furthermore, the Tokocrypto exchange platform has built a community of over 1.5 million registered users. Additionally, the network seeks to provide integrated security solutions for data privacy and safeguarding investments through ISO 27001 certified data information system and ISO 27017 cloud management system.  

Pang Xue Kai launched the Tokocrypto exchange platform in September 2018. He is the cofounder and CEO at Tokocrypto. He is also a governing council member in the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Indonesia. The Tokocrypto team includes Teguh Kurniawan Harmanda (COO), Chung Ying Lai (CSO), and Nanda Ivens (CMO).

The platform has a maximum total supply of 500,000,000 TKO tokens.
